Our pastry chef will share time-honored tips for baking perfect pies! You will learn how to prepare perfect pie dough, different crust techniques, ingredient recommendations, and then you practice the art of pie perfection as you make four different sweet and savory petite pies. You’ll feel like you’ve been baking in grandma’s kitchen by the end of the class! Complimentary wine will be served during this fun cooking experience.

$70 per person
Adult Series: $350 for the entire 5 week series.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
