Have a fun date night in the Cooking Studio learning some tips and tricks on how to prepare an authentic Asian dinner. Starting our appetizers with a Saigon beef salad of rice noodles with marinated seared steak. You’ll also be dining on crunchy and satisfying coconut shrimp. Then finishing up with a miso glazed salmon and flash fried Bok choy. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
