Mediterranean cuisine is a melting pot of Greek, Italian, Egyptian, and Spanish influences, and so much more. It uses very unique and bold flavors and is sure to be a cuisine you’ll be craving more of! Our chef will guide you through each recipe, as you create your own plant based Mediterranean spread. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
