From Scratch Lobster Ravioli

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make delicious lobster ravioli. The Chef will guide you through correctly shaping, cutting, rolling, and filling our pasta creations. We will also learn to make a herbed lemon butter sauce to perfectly complement our ravioli. When we have finished cooking, we’ll dine on the fruits of our labor as we enjoy the meal we have prepared and a glass or two of wine.

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
