Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! You will also learn the secrets of how to make a delicious salmon en papillote and couscous. We will finish the evening with tasty raspberry white chocolate mousse! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Garlic and Herb Roasted Vegetables

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
