Learn about authentic Spanish dishes as our Chef takes you on a journey through the delicious history of Paella. As you create your own meal, you’ll blend traditional Spanish flavors with fresh, seasonal ingredients. In Spanish style, we’ll end the night on a sweet note with flan! Relax and sip on our house-made Sangria or wine while making this tasty traditional cuisine.

Paella Valenciana from Scratch with Seafood, Chicken, and Chorizo
Crispy Fried Calamari with Garlic Cilantro Aioli
Roasted Red Peppers and Olives on Toasted Baguettes

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
