Join us for a relaxed evening of Italian cooking! You’ll practically feel the breeze of the Adriatic Sea as you get lost in these simple, but delicious flavors! Our chef will guide you through the menu as you create your own Italian feast to enjoy at the end of the evening. From sausage arancini to seared steak with creamy smashed potatoes and oven roasted asparagus. Finish the night on a sweet note with a flourless chocolate cake. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
