Join us for an afternoon of French cooking. You’ll learn techniques of making vinaigrette, bechamel sauce (one of the French Mother Sauces), and pate choux dough used to make eclairs. Leave with the knowledge to recreate these French recipes at home and use the techniques in other dishes, too. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!

Pricing:
$70: per adult and children 14 years or older
$120: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.
$170: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
