Come escape for the night and learn about Provence, France in this delicious new class. This is the southeast region that extends from the Rhone to the Italian border. Where the land meets the Mediterranean Sea we’ll have some fun crafting some sweet and savory dishes using the bounty of the French countryside. Enjoy favorites like salad niçoise, steak with herbs de Provence, ratatouille, and a blueberry tart! You’ll eat what you make so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during your cooking experience.

Salad Niçoise with Seared Tuna – Potatoes, hard boiled egg, green beans, and more
Herbes de Provence Seared Steak with a Cabernet Pan Sauce
Classic Ratatouille of Zucchini, Squash, Eggplant, and Tomato
Smashed Potatoes with Garlic and Chive
Blueberry Tart with Fresh Chantilly

Pricing:
Adults: $85 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
