French cuisine is often regarded as comfort food, and who couldn’t use a little comfort these days? We will take some of France’s most-loved dishes and give them a plant-powered twist. Come have fun learning to make this vegan plant-based meal with all the comfort and taste of the traditional recipes. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Vegan French Onion Soup –  This classic that you’ll be surprised is vegan!
Vegan Mushroom Bourguignon – Rich and hearty dish full of mushrooms, onions, carrots, and bell pepper
Creamy Mashed Potatoes – The ultimate side dish for your bourguignon
Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Vegan Flourless Chocolate Torte with Brandy Berry Compote

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
