No meal is complete without a sweet finish! Desserts differ from country to country. See how people around the world satisfy their sweet tooth. You will make some of each cake to take home or enjoy at JAX Cooking Studio. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking event.

Germany’s Black Forest Chocolate Cake
The Netherlands’ Dutch Apple Cake
Jamaica’s Caribbean Rum Cake
Mexico’s Tres Leches Cake
Pricing:$65: per adult and children 14 years or older$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.** Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
