Come celebrate National Nacho Day! Let’s explore the deliciousness of a blend of Texas and Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a chorizo queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entrée– fajitas and cilantro rice. We finish on a sweet note with fried ice cream. Complimentary wine will be served.

Menu:
Nachos with Chorizo Queso — Served with guacamole and pico de gallo
Guacamole and Pico de Gallo — Learn how quick and simple it is to make both guacamole and Pico for your nachos!
Fajitas — Chicken strips sautéed with peppers and onions
House Made Cilantro Rice
House Made Fried Ice Cream — The chef will demo these delicious desserts for you to devour

Pricing:$65: per adult and children 14 years or older$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.** Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
