Come celebrate early release day from school and explore the deliciousness of contemporary Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. The chef will teach you to make a skillet queso that will leave you wanting to scrape up every last bit with tortilla chips! Then we move on to the entree–chicken chimichangas. As a bonus, guests learn to prepare their own street corn. We finish on a sweet note with tres leches cake! Complimentary wine and wine-based margaritas will be served.
