Come in this Fat Tuesday and don your beads and grab your loved ones and join us in the studio for a festive evening celebrating Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras is a two week carnival celebration most famously celebrated in New Orleans. We will be preparing some delicious New Orleans culinary creations that will make you feel like you’re in the French Quarter! Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Shrimp Po’ Boy Sliders with Zapp’s New Orleans Kettle Voodoo Chips
Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
House Made White Rice
King Cake Cupcakes – Cinnamon cupcakes with Mardi Gras colored buttercream icing
Pricing:
Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
