Take a stroll down the streets of Madrid without ever leaving Florida. In the class we’ll create some delicious breakfast dishes Spain is known for, including pan con tomate and huevos con chorizo, and we’ll finish the class with bizcocho. Enjoy complimentary mimosas, coffee, and wine during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Pan con Tomate with Serrano Ham – Spanish tomato bread with Serrano
Ensalada Mixta – Fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, artichokes, green olives, and sherry vinaigrette
Huevos Rotos con Chorizo – Potatoes topped with broken eggs, ham, chorizo, and peppers
Bizcocho – Apple Olive Oil Cake with a Cinnamon Crumb Topping

Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
