Come celebrate National Bagel Day! Join us as we learn tips for making fresh bagels from scratch that have the chewy texture of these doughy creations you crave. We will learn how to use the dough to make both sweet and savory creations. While we wait for our bagels to rise, we’ll make some herb butters and cream cheeses to slather on our bagels before devouring! Complimentary wine will be serves during this cooking experience.

Bagel Wrapped Sausage Dogs with Homemade Honey Mustard
Cinnamon Bagel Raisin Twist with Homemade Vanilla Glaze
Guest Made Compound Herb Butter and Cream Cheese Schmears
Winter Salad with Apples, Cranberries, Walnuts, Feta, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Pricing:$65: per adult and children 14 years or older$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.** Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
