An Evening in a French Bistro

Take a culinary trip to France as we make delicious French bistro dishes. We’ll indulge in some French favorites as the chef guides you through each recipe, teaching your tips and tricks along the way. Enjoy complimentary wine during your cooking experience!
Menu:
French Onion Soup – Traditional onion soup topped with crostini and cheese
Coq Au Vin Blanc – Chicken in white wine with cremini mushrooms and crispy bacon
Potato Puree – Smooth whipped potatoes finished with cream and butter
Oven-Roasted Asparagus (House-made)
Chocolate Mousse with Home-made Vanilla Chantilly

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
