Tour of Asia

Embark of a culinary adventure as we take you on a tour through Asia. Our chefs will teach you a little bit of everything, from some of the most popular Asian recipes. From rolling sushi, to making dumplings, you’ll get a taste of the bold and complex flavors that encompass what makes Asia so special. Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.
Menu:
Japanese Salmon Roll – Smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber
Tom Yum Soup – Aromatic soup from Thailand made with coconut milk
Chinese Shrimp Goyza – Steamed shrimp dumplings served with soy dipping sauce
Indian Samosas – Puff pastry stuffed with spiced potatoes, peas, and onions with house made tomato chutney
Nasi Goreng – Indonesian fried rice made with shrimp, chicken, and topped with an egg
Pricing:
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
