We are lucky to live in Florida where seafood is abundant the year round. Join us as our chef teaches you to prepare a quick, impressive meal taking advantage of our coastal bounty. We’ll start with a heavenly crab stuffed mushrooms and perfectly seared salmon with a champagne sauce. We will finish the evening on a sweet note by making a lemon pound cake with fresh berries. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Crispy Seared Salmon with a Champagne Garlic Sauce
Risotto with Blistered Tomato, Spinach, and Parmesan
Oven Roasted Lemon and Garlic Asparagus
Lemon Pound Cake with Vanilla Glaze and Fresh Berries

Pricing: 
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
