Our chef will take you on a culinary journey of the many regions of Thailand! You will learn about the spices and ingredients that make this country’s cuisine one of the most popular in Asia. You will be creating your dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Muu Bing (Marinated Pork Skewers) – Marinated in tons of aromatics and soy sauce, you’ll be craving these skewers over and over again!
Green Curry with Shrimp – This authentic Thai dish uses coconut milk, green curry, and plenty of shrimp and vegetables
Crispy Thai Egg Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce – Learn how easy it is to make your own egg rolls!
Cucumber Salad – Light and fresh salad that it’ll be a great side for our curry dish

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
