Steak and Soufflés

Our chef will share professional tips for making soufflés that are light, fluffy, and delicious. Then we will put these tips into action making savory and sweet soufflés. You will also learn to perfectly sear steak and compliment it with an herbed pan sauce. Enjoy complimentary wine during the cooking experience!
