It may not be Cinco de Mayo but it is National Taco Day! Let’s get loco using tequila to craft popular South of the Border favorites in an Americana fashion. From appetizer to dessert there will be tequila in every course! Wine-based margaritas and a variety of other wines will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
