Sweet and Savory French Favorites

Come to JAX Cooking Studio this winter break to learn more about some popular French favorites! Our chefs will walk you through every recipe, from quiche to crepes! Learn the tips and tricks for some of France’s most beloved dishes and build the confidence of recreating them at home. Complimentary coffee, OJ, and mimosas will be served during this cooking experience.
Menu:
Quiche Lorraine – Guest made pie dough filled with eggs, bacon, onions, and Gruyere
Ratatouille – Oven roasted layered vegetables on a tomato sauce base
French Apple Tart – Cinnamon sugar apple tart with a buttery puff pastry
Classic Crepes – Filled with fresh berries, bananas, Nutella, and more!
Pricing:
$70 per ticket
AGE POLICIES:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
