Togetherness defines the holidays.  Enjoy this heartwarming culinary adventure. We’ll use delicious winter flavors and seasonal ingredients to craft some truly delicious dishes. You’ll eat what you make, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Fresh Greens Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Pan-Seared Maple Glazed Chicken Thighs with Sage, Thyme, Onions, and Garlic
Creamy Parmesan and Mushroom Risotto
Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Walnuts
Dark Chocolate Mousse with House Made Chantilly Cream

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
