If you’re a sushi lover, you won’t want to miss this class! So, head to JAX Cooking Studio and learn how to roll your very own sushi! In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat, to use tempura batter to fry, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
*Tuna Mango Avocado Roll — Simple yet delicious tuna with mango and avocado
Inside Out Spicy Krab Roll — Krab with scallions, cucumber, and rice on the outside with honey sriracha drizzle
*Smoked Salmon Jalapeno Roll — Salmon, jalapeno, carrots, and cream cheese with eel sauce and tobiko
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, this ginger dressing will be made by guest

Pricing:
Adults: $80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
