As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to fall, there’s no better time to savor the bounty harvest of the fall season. Join us as we create a fall feast using fresh seasonal ingredients. Our chef will guide you through each recipe, and you’ll leave with the culinary skills to recreate this tasty meal in your own home. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Autumn Vegetable Tart with Mushrooms, Shaved Carrots, Onions, Goat Cheese, and Fresh Arugula
Apple Stuffed Pork Chop with Bourbon, Sage, Onions, and Celery
Roasted Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts
Creamy Pumpkin and Kale Risotto
Pumpkin Spiced Cremé Bruleé with Fresh Blueberries

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
