Come celebrate International Sushi Day at JAX Cooking Studio! In this fun hands-on class, you will learn to roll sushi on mat, to use tempura batter to fry, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience.

*Spicy Tuna Avocado Roll — Simple yet delicious tuna elevated with avocado and sriracha mayo
*Crab and Pineapple Roll — Crab and Pineapple with a scallion cream cheese
Shrimp Tempura Roll — This is an inside out roll made with lightly fried shrimp, cucumber and avocado
Tempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce
Japanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants, this ginger dressing will be made by guest
