Tear yourself away from the pearly white beaches of this gorgeous Caribbean island to explore the delicious food found on the streets of Barbados. Our chef will guide you as you prepare your own tropical island feast. Complimentary wine will be served during this event.

Doubles – Curry chickpeas and spicy flat breads
Barbadian Chicken Skewers with Mango Salsa
Fried Fish and Cou-Cou – National dish of Barbados, cou-cou is similar to polenta
Rum Cake (House Made)
Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
