Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Monisha Bhanote, MD, FCAP, ABOIM is a board-certified physician with expertise in Integrative/Functional Medicine. She is known as a health and wellness expert and has appeared in numerous publications including Healthline, Shape, Mind Body Green, Martha Stewart Living and Eat This Not That to name a few. In addition to being a practicing physician she is trained as a Culinary Medicine Chef, Mindfulness Facilitator and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Dr. Bhanote is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.
