Seafood Linguine from Scratch

Flex your culinary creativity by making pasta from scratch! Our chef will guide you through the ins and outs of making pasta by hand, then you will get busy creating your very own linguine. From there, you’ll make a creamy tomato sauce bursting at the seams with seafood. We will end sweetly by making a very berry tiramisu. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
