Join us for a relaxed evening of Italian cooking! You’ll practically feel the breeze of the Adriatic Sea as you get lost in these simple, but delicious flavors! Our chef will guide you through the menu as you create your own Italian feast to enjoy at the end of the evening. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. Buon Appetito!
Menu:
Burrata with Sausage and Peppers and Grilled Bread – Cheese and more cheese surrounded by sausage and peppers
Pan Seared Pork Chop with Roasted Grapes – Rustic seared pork chop finished with roasted grapes and pan jus
Kale and Pumpkin Risotto – Warm and creamy risotto with seasonal pumpkin and kale
Classic Zabaglione – Decadent custard served with berries
Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
