Learn to make some of Japan’s most loved foods in this action-packed class! Come hungry to enjoy the Japanese spread you make. From traditional miso soup to shrimp dumpling, to learning how to roll your own sushi, you’ll feel immersed in this rich and flavorful culture. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Miso Soup – Traditional soup made with miso paste 
Shrimp Gyoza – Steamed dumplings with soy dipping sauce
Pan Seared Edamame – With ginger, garlic, and chef made yum-yum sauce
Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll – Filled with cream cheese and cucumber
Teriyaki Chicken with House Made White Rice

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
