We will take some popular seafood dishes and give them a vegan twist. Using plant-based protein options that have the rich flavors and flaky textures of fine seafood, we will craft a delicious meal that is as good for you as it is good for the planet. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Crabless Crabcakes with House Made Vegan Tartar Sauce
Vegan Fish Filet Sandwich with Guest Made Pretzel Bun
Cilantro Lime Slaw
Southern Skillet Corn
Strawberry Cobbler with Coconut Whipped Cream

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
