Plant Based Paella and Tapas Night

Join us for a fun and delicious culinary adventure as we explore the flavors of Spain in a plant forward way. During this class, you’ll learn how to make a traditional Spanish paella without meat or seafood, using flavorful vegetables and spices. You’ll also learn to prepare a variety of vegan tapas to accompany the paella. Our experienced chef will guide you through each step of the cooking process, providing expert tips and techniques along the way. Complimentary wine and Sangria will be served during this cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
