During this class, you’ll learn how to make a traditional Spanish paella without meat or seafood, using flavorful vegetables and spices. You’ll also learn to prepare a variety of vegan tapas to accompany the paella. Our experienced chef will guide you through each step of the cooking process, providing expert tips and techniques along the way. Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
