Italian cuisine is often regarded as comfort food, and who couldn’t use a little comfort these days? We will take some of Italy’s most-loved dishes and give them a plant-powered twist. Come have fun learning to make this vegan plant-based meal with all the comfort and taste of the traditional recipes. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Menu:
Italian Chopped Salad with Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
Lasagna with:
• Pasta from Scratch
• Bolognese Sauce with Plant Based Ground “Beef”
• Tofu Cashew “Ricotta” Cheese Filling
Vegan Chocolate Cake with Fresh Berries and Topped with House-made Coconut Whipped Crea

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
