Discover the vibrant and rich flavors of Indian cuisine with our plant-based cooking class. Designed for beginners and seasoned cooks who want to explore the world of Indian cooking using vegan ingredients. Join us for a culinary journey that celebrates the bold flavors of Indian dishes using spices and herbs to create mouth-watering flavors. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Avocado Pappdi Chaat – Crispy fried bread topped with avocado, tomatoes, onions, and masala spices
Chana Salad – Indian chickpea salad with pomegranate, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lemon
Baingan Bharta – Eggplant curry with garlic, onions, tomatoes, and spices
House Made Cumin Rice – Side for the eggplant curry
Vegan From Scratch Naan Bread – To soak up every bite

Pricing:
$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
