Have you always wanted to learn to cook Indian food but were intimidated by the unfamiliar spices and other ingredients typically found in this country’s cuisine? In this vegan cooking class we will create aloo gobi, also a deliciously fragrant mushroom matar and from-scratch naan bread, and end with sweet gulab jamun. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Aloo Gobi – Potatoes and cauliflower cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices, served with grilled bread
Mushroom Matar – Mushrooms and peas in a coconut cream sauce
House Made Basmati Rice
Vegan From Scratch Naan Bread
Vegan Gulab Jamun – Cardamom dough balls soaked in rose water syrup

Pricing:
$70 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
