We will take some of the most popular Hibachi dishes and give them a vegan twist! Using plant-based protein options that have the rich flavors combined with the bold, fresh ingredients of Asian cuisine, we will craft a delicious meal that is as good for you as it is good for the planet. Enjoy complimentary wine while you cook!

Shiitake Sushi Roll – Mushrooms, spinach, cucumber, and carrot

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if your enjoyed your cooking experience.
