Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious parmesan and herb crusted salmon with lemon couscous and veggies. We will finish the evening with a tasty berry tart!
