Get ready to spice up your plant-based cooking with our Caribbean cooking class! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to prepare delicious and healthy plant-based dishes inspired by the vibrant and flavorful cuisine of the Caribbean. Our experienced chef will guide you through the process of using fresh ingredients and traditional Caribbean spices to create dishes such as crispy coconut mushroom tacos, coconut rice and peas, and sweet plantains. Whether you’re a seasoned vegan or just looking to explore new plant-based flavors, this class will give you the skills and inspiration to create delicious and nutritious Caribbean dishes at home. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Vegan Corn Fritters with House Made Garlic “Aioli”
Caribbean Coconut Fried Mushroom Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Red Cabbage
Oven Roasted Caribbean Jerk Vegetables
Coconut Rice and Peas – Fragrant rice cooked with coconut milk, kidney beans, and aromatic spices
Fried Sweet Plantains with Cinnamon and Sugar

Pricing:
$70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
