Learn to make Fiocchetti from scratch! We will make pasta dough and stuff our pasta pockets with a tasty pear and ricotta filling. You’ll make a roasted asparagus and Parmesan cream sauce in which to bathe your pasta. Then top it with House-made crispy bacon for a delicious crispy bite. The results will be a taste explosion for your mouth! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
