Mirror Glaze Cake Make and Take

Mirror glaze cakes have taken the internet by storm! These stunning cakes inspire oohs and ahhs over the artistic presentation and the shiny, mirror-like glaze. Our pastry chef will lead you through step-by-step in making your own show-stopping cake. You will start by baking a vanilla cake and applying a buttercream frosting. In this process, you’ll learn the art of leveling, applying a crumb coat, and the top frosting layer. Next, you will make and color your mirror glaze. Get your creative hat on because the possibilities are endless!

Pricing: 
Adults: $65
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
