Kids’ Spring Break: Cake Baking and Decorating

Kids start off spring break by learning the art of frosting and decorating a cake. We will practice piping frosting in different designs, including roses and borders. Each child will bake a two layer 6″ cake, but during class, the children will learn to decorate using pre-made cake layers which have been thoroughly cooled and ready to be frosted. The kids will take their cake layers home to practice again while the lessons of the class are still fresh in their minds!
