Get away to Jamaica by never leaving Florida. Head to JAX Cooking Studio for a chef guided meal that will be a taste of the Tropics from beef pie appetizers, to Jamaican Curry Chicken and side dishes, finishing with a rum cake! Complimentary wine will be served during this event.
Jamaican Beef Pie – Handheld favorite pastry stuffed with beef and spices
Curry Chicken – Flavorful chicken slow cooked in curry
Rice and Peas – Quintessential Caribbean side with fluffy rice and red beans with a hint of coconut and spices

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
