Learn to make traditional potato gnocchi, a classic Italian style pasta. The Chef will teach you how to prepare these pillowy light dumplings, and then you’ll get busy creating the gnocchi you will eat for dinner! Guests will also prepare a basic Alfredo sauce which will be used to create other delicious sauces to compliment your pasta. Complimentary wine is included.
This class is part of of the Five Week Spring Cooking Series. The classes are suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher.

Hand Rolled Gnocchi
Alfredo Sauce Base used to make Pesto, Gorgonzola, and Sun-dried Tomato Sauces

Pricing:
$70 per person
Adult Series: $350 for the entire 5 week series.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
