CAMP DESCRIPTION
In this camp, kids will learn to make a variety of Italian dishes ranging from appetizers, homemade pasta, entrees, and desserts. If Italian cuisine is not already one of their favorites, it will be after this week!
MENU:
Pizza from Scratch with a Toppings Bar
Kid-Made Marinara Sauce
Kid-Made Italian dressing
Antipasto Skewers (assortment of olives, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, artichokes and salami)
Rustic Caramel Apple Tart with Kid-Made Pie Dough and Chef-Made Whipped Cream
