Join us for a delightful evening of cooking with Rosé, the perfect wine for any occasion. In this class, we’ll explore the many ways Rosé can be incorporated into dishes to add flavor and depth. From appetizers to desserts, we’ll showcase the versatility of this popular wine and create a delicious menu that you can recreate at home. There will also be plenty of wine to enjoy in our glasses while we cook!

Menu:
Watermelon, Feta, Red Onion, and Arugula Salad with Rosé Vinaigrette and Balsamic Glaze
Seared Scallops with a Rosé and Tarragon Butter Cream Sauce
Wild Mushroom, Pea, and Rosé Risotto
Oven Roasted Asparagus
Raspberry Rosé Cake with Rosé Buttercream and Fresh Raspberries

Pricing:
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
