Our chefs will take you on a culinary journey through the Italian countryside, guiding you through recipes like a trio of bruschetta, delicious chicken saltimbocca, and finishing off the night on a decadent note with an orange and dark chocolate Italian cheesecake! Bruschetta Trio- Classic with tomatoes, garlic, basil, then upgraded with ricotta, fig, honey, and lastly prosciutto, arugula, balsamic
Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana – Pan-seared chicken topped with prosciutto and fresh sage leaves and finished with a white wine butter sauce
Creamy Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Parmesan
No Bake Mascarpone and Ricotta Cheesecake with Orange and Dark Chocolate

Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
