Perfect for chilly weather, learn to make ravioli from scratch! We will make pasta dough and stuff our pasta pockets with creamy pumpkin and nutmeg ricotta filling. Then we’ll make a delicious sage brown butter sauce in which to bathe our ravioli. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
