From Scratch Lobster Ravioli

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make delicious lobster ravioli. The Chef will guide you through correctly shaping, cutting, rolling, and filling our pasta creations. We will also learn to make a herbed lemon butter sauce to perfectly complement our ravioli. When we have finished cooking, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor as we gather around the JAX Cooking Studio communal tables enjoying the meal we have prepared and a glass or two of wine.
